Daily Data Entry

Setting up your internal system to ensure data can be entered accurately to the correct stock vehicle, we can do this efficiently and remotely. Using both Easycars and Xero to store your tax invoices and receipts to comply with ATO requirements.​

Easycars

 - Reconditioning costs coded to the correct vehicle

 - Tax invoices and receipts uploaded against the vehicle stock number

 - Syncing to Xero and apply payments once paid

Xero

 - All overhead invoices uploaded and entered into Xero using Hubdoc

 - Preparing payments in Xero for uploading to online banking

 - Sending remittances to suppliers once payments have been made

 - Daily reconciling of payments received and synced to Easycars in order to keep sales information up to date.

Daily Reconciling 

In order to ensure your accounts are consistently up to date we reconcile your bank and credit card accounts on a daily basis.

Any queries will be emailed to you the very next day making it easy and effortless for staff to remember exactly what it was for and to supply copies of any invoices and receipts required. Ensuring we capture all relevant information needed to accurately code and record every transaction.

Document Management

With Easycars and Xero combined we can ensure you are electronically storing all your tax invoices and receipts to satisfy ATO requirements. Uploading all your stock related invoices, receipts and related documents in Easycars.

All other tax invoices regarding the businesses overheads are uploaded to Xero.

 

Document management is part of our daily data entry routine. meaning all documents will be stored as we enter the data.

Easycars & Xero Monthly Package

Ensure your books are kept up to date with our bookkeeping package. 

Working remotely will will enter your data as it comes in, Sync Easycars and reconcile your bank and credit card accounts. 

Our monthly packages can also include preparation and lodgment of your monthly and quarterly BAS obligations.
